Roger S. Blair, MD, is a 1969-graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in Pittsburgh, PA. His postgraduate training includes his internal medicine internship at St. Francis Medical Center (1969-1970), his neurology residency served at Jackson Memorial Hospital (1970-1971) and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (1973-1975).
